Summary:
AS THE RESIDENT CARE COORDINATOR you will be responsible for assisting with all planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facilities residents services'. Activities include delivery of resident care for overall well-being, ensuring appropriate high quality resident care is tailored to the person centered needs of the resident.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and/or GED required
Associate Degree preferred
Previous experience in Personal Care preferred
Supervisor experience preferred
Scheduling experience preferred
Current Medication Administration preferred
