Summary:
AS A TMS TECHNICIAN, you will be responsible for
- assisting with clinical services and designated office tasks associated with the Highlands Hospital Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation program
- Schedule and administer in-office TMS treatments
- Follow TMS treatment protocols and provide a safe and therapeutic environment for TMS treatment sessions
- Maintain a current professional treatment/certifications required for TMS services
- Participate in online and in-person TMS trainings

Other information:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Office Assistant certification or Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Prior experience with a clinical treatment setting closely with patients is preferred
- Ability to shift between patient-centered activities and assigned administrative responsibilities throughout the work day is essential
- Ability to be self-directed and motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families
