About the Role & Team
The Senior Manager of Human Resources Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, align with the company's goals, and promote a positive organizational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.
About the Work
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives and company objectives.Collaborate with HR leadership to create and disseminate clear, consistent, and engaging messages across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, newsletters, town halls).Manage and oversee the production of internal communication materials, including presentations, memos, and reports.Foster a culture of transparency and open communication by facilitating feedback mechanisms and employee engagement activities.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies.Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and HR.Other duties as assigned.About You
Bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on HR communications.Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
