Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS :
On the job training accepted in lieu of graduation from an accredited program if candidate is registered.
- PURPOSE OF JOB : To perform Ultrasound procedures on inpatient, outpatient and emergency room patients, utilizing clinical skills, knowledge and competencies of the Ultrasound technologist position.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Maintain clinical competency in the Ultrasound technologist position requirements.
- Provide patient care for all of our customers by performing US procedures as prescribed by a physician.
- Compile and maintain patient records and schedules
- Deliver completed paperwork to the radiologist for interpretation
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program
On the job training accepted in lieu of graduation from an accredited program if candidate is registered.
- Experience: Prior experience is preferred
- Other Skills: Good communication and customer service skills.
