We are hiring for a Per Diem Clinical Dietitian to join our Eating Disorder Unit. Previous/Current experience working with Eating Disorders is preferred but not required.
The Princeton Center for Eating Disorders provides inpatient treatment for adults, adolescents and children as young as 8 years old who are suffering from anorexia, bulimia and other eating disorders. We offer a warm, welcoming environment in an award-winning medical center. Our patients not only benefit from treatment for the physical, psychosocial and nutritional aspects of their eating disorder, but they also have immediate access to full-service care for other medical needs.
Our 22 bed Center for Eating Disorders Care at Penn Medicine Princeton Health provides state-of-the-art medical and psychiatric care. The Eating Disorders unit is staffed by board-certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, psychologists, therapists, registered dietitians, a supervising psychologist, and has access to a full spectrum of medical specialists.
Our Clinical Dietitians are responsible for:
Registered Dietitian (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Education Bachelors Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
Related Work Experience
Minimum Experience: Two to three years previous experience as Clinical Nutritionist.

Our Clinical Dietitians are responsible for:
- Providing clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis and intervention to manage patient care.
- Coordinates nutritional aspects of patient’s care with physicians and health care personnel.
- Utilizes the Nutrition Care process to document in the medical record.
- Resource professional for medical staff/students.
- Serves on committees representing Food and Nutrition Services.
- Ensures patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance, and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient use of resource.
- Perform other related duties as required. Responsible for maintaining necessary credentials for the position.
Registered Dietitian (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
