Assumes all patient/customer respiratory responsibilities.
Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsible for performing all age specific respiratory therapies.
Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
Knowledge of Performance Indicators and ensure exceeding results.

Summary:
- Delivers age specific respiratory care to patients in the PMPH System.
- Responsible for ensuring quality care to our customers.
Assumes all patient/customer respiratory responsibilities.
Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsible for performing all age specific respiratory therapies.
Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
Knowledge of Performance Indicators and ensure exceeding results.
Credentials:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (Required)
- Certified or Registered status in accordance with requirements of National Board for Respiratory Care. Licensed in the State of New Jersey.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Required)
- required within 6 months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required)
- required within 6 months of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- required within 6 months of hire
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- Education Specialization: Equivalent Experience:
- Other (Required)
- Education Specialization: Graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. Equivalent Experience:
- 1 years Experience in Critical Care
- NICU and pediatric experience
