Summary:
Serving as primary point of contact and team representative to the relevant client group
Working with stakeholders to identify potential issues or opportunities and develop data-driven work plans to address them
Overseeing analysis consistent with the work plan
Working with team leadership to vet analysis and ensure analysis quality

Summary:
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting all special projects needs of the COO's office at HUP, including the liaisons with key stakeholders in the various clinical areas under the COO's portfolio as well as hospital operation departments. The role will play a key part in analysis of market trends and internal performance, the analysis of data in collaboration with experienced data analysts and the production of written reports and oral presentations. This position requires a high degree of sophistication, resourcefulness, and creativity. The position requires the ability to anticipate and deliver upon analytic needs far in advance and a substantial amount of just in time support. This role will be a key member supporting both the COO as well as the Associate COOs and other members of the Senior Operations Leadership team. Responsible for managing the overall projects and program lifecycle by handling the program/project budget, development and management to the plan, coordination with hospital departments and staff, risk assessment and mitigation and problem resolution. Ensures the completion of programs/projects within budgets and project plans and the integration of these new systems with existing clinical, administrative and financial systems.

Credentials:
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- Education Specialization: in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration or Management Field Equivalent Experience 3 years
- Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)
- Education Specialization: in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration or Management Field Equivalent Experience:
- Methodology training or background: e.g. Lean, Six Sigma or similar training
