Hours/Shift: Part Time, 1:30P-10:00P and every third weekend

- Safe and Timely Transportation: Provide safe and timely transportation of patients, specimens, and pharmaceuticals throughout the institution.
- Assist Hospital Personnel: Support hospital staff with patient movement as needed for transportation.
- Efficiency Goals: Work quickly and efficiently to meet department response time and travel time goals using the Epic Rover Transport System.
- Exemplary Hospitality: Demonstrate excellent hospitality towards patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers, adhering to our Service Excellence Standards.
- Physical Activity: Engage in lifting, walking, pushing, and pulling 100-200 pounds, showcasing an appropriate range of motion.
- Patient Movement Assistance: Assist with transferring patients from bed to wheelchair or stretcher.
- Training New Employees: Help train new team members.
- Equipment Stewardship: Act as a responsible steward of the department and hospital’s equipment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support: Certification required.
- American Heart Association BLS: Certification required.
- H.S. Diploma/GED: Required.
- Equivalent Experience: Considered.
