**Practice Overview**
Manheim Family Medicine is a busy outpatient practice located in Manheim, Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician to join our team and provide high-quality patient care to our community.
The physician will work collaboratively with our experienced nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Ordering tests to determine the extent of illness or diagnose conditions
- Prescribing or administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
- Coordinating work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree issued by the Accreditation Council on Medical Education
- Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or eligibility for certification
- Successful completion of a Family Medicine Residency program
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
