Summary :
- Uses telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac rhythm patterns of patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Monitors, records, reports, and documents abnormal cardiac rhythm patterns, records changes in rhythm, records and reports abnormal ECG interval measures, and, notes pacemaker function and reports to the RN.

Credentials :
Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - required prior to successful completion of orientation
Education or Equivalent Experience :
H.S. Diploma / GED (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a hospital setting - Preferred
Other (Required)
Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course with in 3 months of hire
