As a nurse manager supervising in-office clinical staff and procedures, come work with our Infusion team! This position will be in-person, primarily in King Prussia, with weekly travel to our Lancaster office. To be considered, this individual must have prior experience as a clinical nurse manager. Responsibilities :
Lead the activities, development, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of nursing management principles, practices, policies and procedures of the PHIT home nursing teams in the geographic area where you have primary oversight (PA / NJ / DE). Provide and support coverage for other service territory nursing teams as needed.
Be accountable to ensure the provision of safe, high quality patient care and services is provided by the nursing teams in accordance will all policy, procedures, regulatory standards and accrediting agencies.
This Penn nursing leader is accountable to strengthen organizational capacity for continuous improvement by embedding Penn Medicine’s Blueprint for Quality and Patient Safety imperatives within all processes and practices of the nursing teams.
Partner with HCHS leadership to ensure seamless care within HCHS, and across the health system to meet the ever-evolving needs of Penn Medicine for home infusion therapy services, in ways that bring substantive value to patients and to HCHS.
Proactively develop, implement, communicate and evaluate change management strategies that align with UPHS / HCHS objectives.
Collaborate and develop staff in evidence-based nursing practices for professional growth.
Achieve periodic performance targets in areas including budgeting, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, operational and departmental measures.
Credentials :
Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
Currently licensed as a professional nurse in the geographic territory where you have primary oversight responsibility (PA / NJ / DE).
Must complete submission of application for professional licensure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware within ninety days of hire date.Must be eligible and obtain professional licensure in all other service territories (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware).

Education or Equivalent Experience :
Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
3 years Progressive nursing experience in the setting of a home health agency / home infusion / home care provider
Previous nurse manager experience
