Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced coffee shop manager to oversee operations at our new coffee shop in Penn National Golf Course Community.
This role involves participating in shop design and set-up, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding high standards of preparation and hospitality management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and place orders as necessary to maintain stock availability.
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and manage cash flow within the shop.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with inventory control and POS technology.
- Ability to analyze financial reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays as needed.
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $15.00/ hour tips
