Job Description
Penn National Insurance has a great opportunity for a Claims Representative I to join our Greensboro team! This is a hybrid position reporting to the office typically 2x per week.
The Claims Representative I investigates, evaluates, and disposes of assigned claims in a timely manner in order to achieve best practices type settlements within legal statutes, policy provisions, and company or client guidelines.

Education / Credentials
High school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree preferredContinuing education in insurance-related courses such as The Institutes Certificate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) courses, preferred.Experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a property / casualty claims handling position.Technical / Professional Knowledge
