SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible for facilitating and adopting group approaches to enhance patient ability to learn new and appropriate coping and management skills for their respective diagnosis. Participates in the CODE team. Demonstrates intermediate skills and clinical judgment and acts as a mentor for other staff members. Performs assessment of vital signs for temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :
- Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
- Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire.
