SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for ensuring that patient and family information requests, issues, concerns and compliments are documented and addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for communicating patient/family rights and responsibilities; to assure service quality and positive patient experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

3 years of customer service experience or operations leadership experience in healthcare required.

2 Years Of Management Experience Required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Strong Communication Skills And Diplomacy Required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize required.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality required.

Thorough understanding of complex medical decisions and care process.

Must be proactive and goal oriented.

Project management and performance improvement skills with the ability to analyze data required.

Family Mediation And Customer Service Skills Required.

Ability to maintain positive staff relations required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree preferred.
