SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides radiology scheduling support for all modalities supported by clinical operations. Deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of scheduling, patient intake, and registration. Routinely answers phone calls and assists with inquiries. Must be detail-oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of Medical Office related experience required.
- Experience in a medical office, scheduling, reception, or customer service preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong customer service background preferred.
