SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to Supervise the 24/7 operation of the Central Plant (CP), the Satellite Plants (SP), the Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP). Responsible for staff training, performance reviews, scheduling, assignments, discipline, time keeping, safety and support. This position will also provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotational basis with occasional emergency response required during unscheduled times to include weather related events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum five (5) years of maintenance/operations experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Commercial/Institutional HVAC skills related to boiler/chiller operations required.
• Demonstrated experience and ability in the operations and maintenance of utility generation and distribution equipment such as Combustion Turbine Generators, boilers, steam turbine generators, chillers, and electrical generation and distribution equipment.
• Previous Facilities management experience is preferred
