SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Hybrid – About 1 – 2 days per week
The Value Based Care- Operations is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing and leading small to medium sized projects in support of Value Based Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with departmental and organizational goals. This position will support project planning, communication, and execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. The project coordinator will also assist in supporting departmental database maintenance and analysis.
