SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for providing security guidance, solutions, and conducting security risk assessments to the vast network of provider practices, clinics, surgery centers, corporate campus and other infrastructure. Provide a security presence when requested for situations such as aggressive patients, disgruntled employee terminations, acts of vandalism, investigations of crimes on these properties. Responsible for education & training staff for active shooter response, de-escalation techniques, personal safety, etc. Responsible for the oversight of contracted security at other facilities. Build critical liaisons with the Penn State Health Systems site management teams, and the law enforcement entities that have judicial jurisdictions in their respective locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High school diploma
- Minimum two (2) years of security-related experience, training or education.
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous training experience
- De-escalation training certification
- Experience working in a behavioral health facility.
