SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Hybrid, 2nd week of each month is in the office in addition to days as needed for onsite initiatives.
Responsible for leading clinical quality value analysis initiatives, optimizing workflow within clinical quality value analysis, and preserving the clinical quality value analysis process. This role requires monthly onsite presence to support the Director of Clinical Quality Value Analysis, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and other key stakeholders within the clinical quality value analysis program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Five (5) years of Clinical experience required.
- Minimum six (6) month's cumulative value analysis or product implementation experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Two (2) years experience in formal Clinical Quality Value Analysis role.
- Certification in recognized project management program (Lean, Kaizen event leader, green belt)
- CVAHP certification as soon as eligible to sit for exam
- Master degree or 20 years or more of clinical experience
