Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a bustling quick service Restaurant . This role is essential in supporting the store's operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily activities, manage staff, and maintain inventory levels while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Duties
- Assist in supervising daily operations of the Restaurant , ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to meet customer demand.
- Train, mentor, and lead team members to enhance their skills and performance in Food sales and customer service.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team management initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Food services or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising or managing teams is highly desirable.
