General Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our Restaurant establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the Restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage POS systems and financial transactions, including cash handling and reporting.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver outstanding service and uphold company values.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems and financial management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
