A growing architectural firm located in Towson, MD is seeking an Architect / Project Manager to join their team. The company specializes in new construction, warehouse, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, retail, interior office tenant plans and government secure facilities.
Job Requirements :
- Experience from 5-10 years to fully licensed architect
- AutoCAD & Revit proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong building code, construction and material knowledge
- Experience preparing drawings at each project phase
- Skilled at researching and resolving technical issues
- Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills
- Proven team Project Management ability and ability to communicate with Consulting Engineers, Contractors, etc.
- In-depth design and / or working drawing knowledge of any of the following product types is a plus : commercial office, restaurant / retail, mid-rise multi-family residential and mixed use, single family homes
- Permitting, Bid / buyout and Construction Administration experience a plus
