PSA Penn Terminals is seeking a self-motivated, organized and collaborative individual with a “customer service” approach to serve as the Executive and Communications Assistant accountable for providing exceptional administrative support to the Senior Management team and assist with internal / external communications. The individual must demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality when handling matters that are sensitive and confidential in nature. A proactive approach is essential for success in this role, taking the initiative to anticipate needs before they arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with Sales and Marketing tasks, including the ability to create visually appealing power point presentations and developing engaging content to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Schedules and organizes activities such as meeting and travel itineraries, along with coordination of calendars, and gift reporting.
- General website updates.
- Participate in planning of company events.
- Facilitate internal communications, announcements and scheduling of company-wide initiatives which requires engagement and rapport with all departments.
- Optimizing external communications through social media platforms.
- Implementation of company intranet.
- To perform General Administrative Tasks and other duties as required
- All other duties as assigned.
