What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marine Terminal Worker position at Penn Terminals LLC?
This is a Union position. Membership in IBOB Local 802 is mandatory after 30 calendar days.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other team members to do the same.
- Safely drive forklifts ranging from 3,500 to 55,000 LB capacity Safely drive an Ottawa style Yard Jockey Truck (aka "Yard Hustler")
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Must currently have a valid TWIC.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
- Must be capable of using material handling technology.

ENTRY POSITION: The ideal candidate will be able to lash/secure containers on barges, operate jockey truck with loaded trailer; and operate a forklift in a refrigerated warehouse.
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required.
