This position does not require managing contracts, insurance, or client relations—allowing you to focus on running efficient and high-quality builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Handle bidding and estimating for projects.
- Coordinate and manage county inspections.
- Ensure quality work is being performed at all stages of construction.
- Work with subcontractors and maintain an efficient job site. Work Environment:
- In-office and on-site work required.
- Fast-paced, hands-on role with direct involvement in construction operations.
Qualifications:
- General construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work intensely and stay on schedule.
- Experience working with subcontractors is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus but not required.
