Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general office administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Maintain organized records and assist with office management.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
