NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Technical Sales
We are seeking a results-driven Technical New Business Development Leader with 5-10 years of experience in the metal forming and supply chain management industries. This role is ideal for candidates with a 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and a proven track record in growing revenue streams through strategic customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the metal stamping, roll forming, and metal fabrication sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Lead sales efforts targeting industrial customers across the Southeastern U.S., leveraging in-depth market knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or supply chain management in industrial or metal manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of metal forming processes, including stamping, roll forming, and fabrication.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies resulting in measurable growth.

- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while traveling as needed throughout the Southeastern region.
