Key Responsibilities Logo & Branding Design – Create original, visually compelling logos and brand assets that align with our identity and values. Print & Digital Media – Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborative Projects – Work closely with social media and web development teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual content across all platforms. Creative Development – Bring fresh ideas to the table, staying ahead of design trends to keep our visuals engaging and effective. Brand Consistency – Uphold and enhance our visual identity across various mediums and projects. Project Management – Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Flexibility & Adaptability – Be open to taking on new challenges and evolving with the needs of the operations we support. *Note: This list is a summary of key responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.* Qualifications & Requirements Education – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience – 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience. Software Proficiency – Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Portfolio Requirement – A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Design Expertise – Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. Multi-Platform Experience – Ability to design for both print and digital media effectively. Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to work cross-functionally and translate concepts into visually engaging designs. Time Management – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Trend Awareness – Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
