Job Summary As an Operational Resource in the CIT Program, the goal of this position is to gain hands-on, practical experience in operations, clinical care, and business management under the guidance of various experienced Executive Director/CEO’s in various markets within the Pennant network. This paid, full-time executive training program typically lasts 2-3 months. Upon successful completion of the CIT program, the position will be considered for a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities while participating in the CIT program: Participate in on-the-job training Shadow clinical and administrative teams to understand the full scope of the business Lead projects and contribute to real-time solutions Engage in self-study on industry regulations and operational best practices Develop leadership skills while embodying Pennant’s core values Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA/MHA preferred) Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth Experience in business development, marketing, and financial management Proven ability to drive culture and lead with passion The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
