About the Opportunity
The Clinical Director leads the Clinical department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of clinical function. The Clinical Director will partner with the Executive Director to build the vision, drive culture and achieve clinical and operational excellence to continually work towards our mission of providing life changing service. This entrepreneurial opportunity will drive the Clinical director to utilize sound leadership principles to maintain a motivated and stable staff. The Clinical Director will manage all residents health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication to the community wellness team, residents’ primary care providers and other health services providers. In line with our core value, passion for learning, the ideal Clinical director will engage in ongoing personal development in geriatric care, leadership skills, communication skills, and management skills. Qualifications
- Education: Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing the community. Must have a LPN or RN
- Proven Success: A track record of achieving results
- Experience building and leading teams
- Previous experience in the health care environment preferred
- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time depending on needs and growth of the market

Compensation: 80-120k based on experience.
