The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree preferred - MBA/MHA a plus, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The CEO-In-Training (CIT) program is designed to prepare proven leaders for an executive Director position, overseeing a Pennant-affiliated company.
Responsibilities include developing entrepreneurial skills, building exceptional teams, driving growth, and leading operations across 14 Western states.
Pennant operates independently with support from our world-class Service Center, providing centralized resources for clinical, legal, risk management, HR, training, accounting, IT, and more.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Executive Directors/CEOs, meeting weekly to review CIT Competency Checklist progress and attending quarterly Boot Camp training sessions.
