Pennant Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Travel Technician to join a successful Government / Commercial AV Integrator.
Responsibilities :
The AV Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of professional audio, video, control systems, professional lighting, and electronic equipment. The technician is responsible for completing projects most efficiently and effectively. All work must meet the highest quality standards set forth by the company while ensuring a professional and safe working environment.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in the installation of audio, video, and / or audiovisual presentation systems, and IT / Networks.
- Experience working with Audio Visual systems such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, AMX, Shure, QSC.
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on any device.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- InfoComm CTS Certification preferred. Other key industry certifications are a plus (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, AMX, Dante).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience installing audiovisual equipment including video panels, speakers, racking, microphones, A / V cabling, and wiring.
- Minimum of 5 years of commissioning experience.
- Experience loading and configuring Crestron control systems.
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs., climb, crawl, and raise items overhead.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Clean criminal record.
