The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in supporting the agency's mission by leading the HR function and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and protocols.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and investigate any claims.
- Secure and update employee personnel files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
- 5 years' professional HR experience in the human services field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
