Penndel Mental Health Center is a non-profit community-based mental health agency located in Langhorne. We are seeking candidates to join our team of professionals who are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, and / or drug and alcohol addiction. Our focus is to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and personal growth.The IT Director must possess a broad range of skills, from technical knowledge to understanding modern business practices, as well as technical expertise along with leadership and communication skills.Director Duties and Responsibilities include : Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers.Evaluate the company’s adherence to federal technology requirements for security.Manage / supervise the IT team including other members of the IT Team, support technicians, and external vendors and advisors, while working closely with management.Maintain company hardware and software programs.Update technological equipment in the agency.Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features.Oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes.Develop and maintain IT Strategic Plan for the organization.Provide technical leadership to users of the company platform.Prepare financial budgets and present proposals for capital projects to senior executives.Research and recommend new products.Identify new market opportunities.Lead efforts to improve IT processes.Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant human services or technical field; minimum of 5 years experience in supervisory / management experience, preferably in a human services organization.
