We are actively seeking candidates, like you, that are passionate about working with children with a mental health diagnosis. The BHT works in the home, school and community to implement behavior/treatment plans in conjunction with the IBHS clinical team. The position offers a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• * Will provide services consistent with treatment plan to model for parents, school personnel, and community staff in assisting the child in achieving treatment goals.

  * Ongoing collaboration with family, school personnel, and clinical team.

  * Ongoing consultation and supervision with clinical team and coordinator.

  * Provide short-term intervention while the caregivers acquire necessary skills.

  * Assist caregiver in promoting age-appropriate behavior.

  * Empower families, which require that an adult be present when services are provided.

  * Completion of all paper work, documentation requirements as specified in orientation.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 2 years of experience working in a therapeutic environment with children/adolescents OR Bachelor degree in Human Services OR Registered Behavioral Health Tech certification

• Active Driver License
