- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely execution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop detailed job plans including work scopes, labor, and materials if any for the task
- Utilize CMMS and ERP systems to track and manage maintenance work orders, scheduling, and spare parts inventory.
- Oversee the tool room and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement of necessary components.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to order and replenish spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize work orders based on criticality and available resources.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.
- Assign GL accounts appropriately to the invoice.
- Performs other duties as required.
