Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate instructional programs using best practices in adult learning and instructional design for both our hourly Operator workforce and our management and professional employees.
- Lead the development and execution of leadership development initiatives, including high-potential programs, executive coaching, and mentorship.
- Assess training needs across departments and develop customized learning solutions to address skill gaps.
- Oversee the creation of digital and instructor-led training programs, ensuring engagement and effectiveness.
- Leverage learning technologies and learning management systems (LMS) to optimize training delivery and tracking.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external partnerships related to training initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, instructional design, and leadership training.

Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and leadership development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and leadership development frameworks.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in instructional design, leadership coaching, or related areas (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, SHRM).
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and trends, such as AI-driven learning and microlearning.
