This role requires experience in healthcare technology project management, specifically with care management solutions. The ideal candidate specializes in innovative products like GuidingCare, designed to optimize care coordination and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management for GuidingCare implementations, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, develop project scopes and objectives, and ensure alignment with product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, implementation specialists, customer support, and sales to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, and escalate critical matters appropriately to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience 8 years in project management, specifically within healthcare technology and care management solutions.
- Experience with implementing care management software or similar healthcare IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of care coordination, population health management, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
