About Our Job: As a Production Worker at Pennex Aluminum Company, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our aluminum casting unit. This includes cleaning residual aluminum from distribution pans, transfer nozzles, and mold assemblies. You will also be required to paint these components using a mixture of bone ash and water, sand, and paint mold assemblies. Additionally, you will preheat and dry troughs, filter bowls, and distribution pans until they are ready for use. Your tasks may also include aligning starter blocks, manually adjusting them as needed, and labeling logs and billets correctly.
