What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Head Football Coach position at Penney High School?
Penney High School is seeking a head varsity football coach for the 2025-2026 school year. Penney High School is located in Hamilton, MO which is about 40 miles East of St. Joseph, MO, at the intersection of 36 Highway and Highway 13. We have an enrollment of approximately 200 students. This job has been paired with a part time weights coach and a part time ISS supervisor role, but other teaching postitions are available on the district website. The job is also paired with a stipend for our summer weights program. Applicants should have a strong knowledge of football fundamentals and previous coaching experience. This program has enthusiastic athletes that have put in numerous hours of developmental work. We are a tradition rich district that wants all our programs to succeed. We are looking for a coach that is willing to continue the developmental groundwork that has been established and become a part of a family of programs that share in one another’s successes as well as challenges.
