What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Math Teacher position at Penney High School?
Penney High School is seeking a dynamic math teacher to join our team of dedicated educators for the 2025-2026 school year. Coaching/Sponsor opportunities could be available as well. Penney High School is located in Hamilton, MO which is about 40 miles East of St. Joseph, MO, at the intersection of 36 Highway and Highway 13. We have an enrollment of approximately 200 students. Course load is currently Algebra 1, Pre Algebra and Consumer Math. PHS is on a block schedule which allows for 90 minutes of plan each day. Full certification is preferred, but we would be willing to consider teachers with other certifications or alternative certification candidates.
