What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School PE Teacher position at Penney High School?
Penney High School is seeking a dynamic Physical Education Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators for the 2025-2026 school year. Coaching multiple sports is expected with this postion. Penney High School is located in Hamilton, MO which is about 40 miles East of St. Joseph, MO, at the intersection of 36 Highway and Highway 13. We have an enrollment of approximately 200 students. The position would include primarily weight training classes, and ISS supervision. PHS is on a block schedule which allows for 90 minutes of plan each day. Subject area certification in PE is preferred, but we would be willing to consider teachers with other certifications or alternative certification candidates.
