What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper- Summer Temporary 2025 position at Pennichuck Water Works Inc.?
Enjoy being outside? Pennichuck is currently seeking students to perform grounds maintenance at our water supply facilities this summer. Duties include operating the lawn mower and weed whacker, as well as driving Company vehicles.
To qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience performing yard work is strongly preferred.
These positions are full time temporary roles working 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday during the summer months. Students historically return each summer between their college/trade school terms.
Pennichuck Water Works is a private water utility engaged in the collection, storage, treatment, distribution and sale of potable water in southern and central New Hampshire. We operate both as a regulated water utility operation and a non-regulated water management service. This position is based at our Water Treatment Plant on the Nashua/Merrimack border in New Hampshire. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.

Essential Duties:
Perform grounds maintenance.
Using relevant safety guidelines, operate equipment such as lawn mower and week whacker.
Operate Company vehicle as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience performing yard work is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently performing routine duties with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
