The Environmental Services Director will supervise the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Maintain building, grounds, equipment, heating, air conditioning, fire control systems, and boilers. Also, is responsible for staffing schedules for the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry departments, for hiring and supervising these staff members, and for ordering supplies, coding bills within the budget, and payroll.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience, in a healthcare related position preferred. Training in maintenance or building codes is preferred, must be licensed to operate a boiler or working towards achieving licensure.
