Summary
Pennington Management Services is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. This position is 20 hours/week Monday-Thursday. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license. and be able to pass a background and drug test.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up and maintaining grounds
- Routine property maintenance
- Minor Plumbing/Electrical
- Perform routine, daily inspections, and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
- Preparing vacated units for new tenants
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in property management.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and team members effectively.
