What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graduate Landscape Architect position at Pennoni?
Pennoni is currently seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect to assist on multi-discipline public & private site development projects while based at our office in Philadelphia, PA. This position will primarily support Project Landscape Architects with the development of design, permitting, and construction plans (for both land development and municipal projects).
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare land development documentation.
- Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services.
- Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.
- Perform limited field inspection (as needed).
- Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.
