What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Bridge Engineer position at Pennoni?
Pennoni is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer for the Transportation Division at our Wyoming Valley, PA office.
The ideal candidate will be a person who has experience performing the following, but not limited to :
- Managing and leading bridge rehabilitation and / or replacement design projects from inception to completion. Coordinating with other transportation engineering disciplines such as traffic, highway, geotechnical, civil and environmental.
- Supervising senior and junior level engineers. Interacting with internal and external clients.
- Completing bridge designs, load ratings, calculations, construction plans, specifications and schedules required for project submissions (e.g., PennDOT Type, Size and Location Submissions, Final Plans Submissions, and the Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate package).
