SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Hybrid, primarily remote with occasional onsite work as needed, possibly once per month.
Responsible for the daily operations and coordination of health appointments for a designated patient population and to assure appropriate and timely communication / information regarding medical service, access, physician and service referral, and direction of services offered at the organization. Provides high quality scheduling experience for the designated patient population. Deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone.
