Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist to work with youth at risk of out-of-home placement or justice system involvement.
What is MST?
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based treatment model designed for youth (ages 10-17) exhibiting antisocial behaviors. MST therapists work directly with families to reduce risk factors and promote long-term positive change.
Your Role:
- Conduct MST assessments and develop strong therapeutic relationships with youth and families.
- Provide clinical treatment, crisis intervention, and coaching.
- Work in the home, school, and community to promote positive behavior.
- Advocate for families and support parents in building skills to better guide their children.

Compensation:
- Bachelor’s degree: $18.50 per hour, plus case bonuses and gas/phone stipend. (Avg. $45,000-$54,000 per year)
- Master’s degree: $21.50 per hour, plus case bonuses and gas/phone stipend. (Avg. $50,000-$58,000 per year)
